2026 Biennial Ice House Owners meeting

Registration

• a. At the Door Registration Owner Member Attending – $250.00
  Last Minute Registration
  Ice house owner members participating in the event can:
  1. Attend the vendor show
  2. Attend educational sessions
  3. Lunch is included
  4. Join us for the evening social
  5. Attend association meetings and vote for the board.
  If the member wants to bring an additional person to attend classes, and additional "Owner Member Attending" registration must be completed. Addition of non-class attending "Social Hour Guests" can only be completed after the "Owner Member Attending" registration is complete and paid for.

• a. Early Bird Registration Owner Member Attending – $150.00

"Owner Member Attending" must complete and pay for their registration first before they can add guests. Late registrants at the door will cost more.
• Vendor Guest – $150.00
  Vendors wanting to bring guests in addition to the allotted number can add guests for an additional fee.
  Guests will be permitted to attend all the events that the vendor registration level allows.
• x. Social Hour Guest – $100.00
  A guest can only attend the Vendor Fair, lunch is included and you are invited to join us for the evening social. Guests will not be permitted to attend the sessions and seminars. "Owner Member Attending" must complete and pay for their registration first before they can add guests. Late registrants at the door will cost more.
